4th Annual Golf Outing Coming Soon

The 4th Annual Action Party of Morton Grove – Jack O’Brien Memorial Golf Outing is scheduled for Sunday, October 3, 2010 at the Mt. Prospect Golf Course located at 600 S. See-Gwun Avenue in Mount Prospect, Illinois 60056.
This event honors long-time Morton Grove resident Jack O’Brien, who was not only an avid golfer, but a long-time community volunteer and co-founder of the Action Party of Morton Grove (along with former Mayors Richard Flickinger and Dan Scanlon). He also served as the village’s electrical inspector and ran his own electrical contracting company for many years. One of Jack’s crowning achievements (besides his loving family) was his work on the television transmission towers on top of the Willis Tower (formerly the Sears Tower) and the John Hancock buildings in Chicago.
