One of the leading vendors of used vans in the UK is supporting the Sainsbury's Sport's Relief golf day being held at The Royal Winchester Golf Club on 9th March, by donating a silver grey Ford Ranger Thunder 4x4 to the player who gets a hole-in-one. The diesel 4x4 has a 59 plate and has leather seats, air conditioning, alloys and power-assisted steering.
"We're delighted to have the opportunity to support the golf day, and in doing so support the Sport's Relief charity which has really caught our imagination," enthused Simon Joyce, Sales Director of Anchor Vans. "The 4x4 we're donating to the first person who gets a hole-in-one is such a great vehicle that I wish I could go and take part myself to have a chance of winning! It's in fantastic condition and the winner will be absolutely thrilled with the prize I'm sure."
"It should be a very popular prize with all of the terrible weather we've been having lately," Simon commented. "Our 4x4 vehicles have been in great demand over the last couple of months as people have realised that having a truck like this is the only way to be able to keep moving in snowy weather. I'll bet the golf courses will be busy this weekend as all the people playing in the golf day will be keen to get that hole-in-one prize!" Simon concluded.
