RBC Canadian Open to be Held on July 24 - 27

The RBC Canadian Open will be held on July 24-27 this year at Glen Abbey. Some of the athletes who are expected to grace the Canadian Open are U.S Open winner and former Master’s champ Retief Goosen, Fred Couples, and defending Canadian Open champion Jim Furyk.
It is a big challenge for RCGA and RBC officials as they prepare for this year’s event with activities which will regain the momentum of the Canadian Open. The event will be right after the British Open and before a world golf championship event and the PGA Championship. CEO and Executive Director of the RCGA announced in yesterday’s conference call a new title sponsor and a better Canadian Championship this year.
RCGA officials also said they have invited 2008 tourney winners Sean O’Hair, Ryuji Imada, J.B Holmes, and Boo Weekley.
