New Course at the Tribute to Open in 2009

The New Course at the Tribute will be opened to the public this coming 2009, provided that everything goes according to plan.
The New Course was designed by world class golf course designer Tripp Davis who also created the Tribute which opened nine years earlier.
The Tribute was created by Davis in honor of Scottish golf. The New Course, on the other hand, is built to pay homage to the US courses in the Northeast like the Shinnecock Hills.
According to Davis, the original design was made to offer American golfers a peek of the old-style architecture. He added that they will make the New Course look as if it’s been around for a hundred years.
