Pheasant Run's Junior Golf Tournament Starts Today

This year's Pheasant Run's Junior Golf Tournament commence today, July 31, 2007.
Pheasant Run Golf Club professional Tom McDaniel, predicts that this year's event will have better conditions. Last year's golfers not only had to face their competitors but battle with a 100 degree temperature.
"Last year it got really hot, and it really drained the players. Cooler temperatures make for better scoring," said McDaniel.
The Pheasant Run's Junior Golf Tournament is open to all junior golfers ages 7 to 17. The competition is divided into two categories, the girls and the boys. Registration for the tournament starts at 8 o'clock in the morning.
Meanwhile, the first tee times will start about thirty minutes after registration starts.
