Eagle's Golf Club Owner to Buy Lake Jovita Golf

The Eagle's Golf Club owner Michael Sheeks has recently signed a contract with Lake Jovita Joint Venture to buy the Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club.
The 46 year old investor revealed that he and Lake Jovita Golf Club's current owner came to agreement last July 17. The sale includes the two 18 holes golf courses, 32,000 square foot clubhouses and the undeveloped residential lots which totals to about 163. The said sale is expected to be finalized at the end of this year.
Meanwhile, Lake Jovita Joint Venture's attorney Hutch Brock said that part of the sale agreement was to offer current club members the opportunity to purchase golf facilities.
