Report Shows Golf's Huge Economic Impact in VA |

Findings of an independent study by the Virginia Golf Council (VGC) show that the golf industry in the state of Virginia generated $3.1 billion which is larger than what industry representatives have previously estimated.
According to the report, the Virginia golf industry generated around 40,000 jobs for local residents, $1.6 billion in direct economic output, $984.4 million in salaries
