  Haas Wins First Career Major Jay Haas scored a double upset last Sunday at the Senior PGA Championship at the Oak Tree Golf Club in Edmond Oklahoma. The first one was on Brad Bryant who lost to Haas on the playoff wherein they had to shoot 3 more holes before the game was finally decided.   Morgan Leads 1st Round of Senior PGA with 66 Gil Morgan shot a 66 to lead the first round of the 67th Senior PGA Golf Championship at the Oak Tree Golf Club in Edmond, Oklahoma. The 59 year-old Morgan who is a native of Edmond said that playing in his hometown is, "obviously a plus." His total of 6 birdies, 11 pars and a single bogey are indeed proof of that advantage.   Herron Ends 7-Year PGA Slump Tim Herron finally overcame his seven-year PGA Tour slump by winning the playoff against Richard Johnson at the Bank of America Colonial last Sunday.
