Tour Events and Purses for 2006 Finalized

Negotiations and contract signing for the 2006 tour events and purses have already been made by the US Pro Golf Tour, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Greens Worldwide Incorporated. It is the foremost intermediary of professional golf tour. The events and its corresponding purses are as follows:

May 4-7, 2006 Cypress Creek Invitational
Entry Fee: $300 / Purse: $200,000 / First Place: $36,000

Entry Fee: $300 / Purse: $1,000,000* / First Place: $180,000

*The top 180 players on the money list for 2006 regular season events will be eligible for the Tour Championship, which carries a purse of $1,000,000 with $180,000 to the winner, provided the following conditions are met:

1) The player must have competed in a minimum of six of the regular season events during 2006.
2) The player must have applied for and received a tour card for fully exempt status on or before March 1, 2006.
