Play with your kids or walk them to the park, You could have a good exercise and get to spend time with them also.

He's right, play with your kids. I also have kids and I always make sure that I have time for them. It also helps me to stay fit and healthy.

winter is coming!!! i try to stay fit by taking long walks - even parking far from building entrances (like malls, the office, etc). still doing the crunches in the morning. playing with kids is good advise. i get a good workout spending time with my grandson!

That's right! You can either do crunches, push-ups or sit-ups in the morning; have a stroll with your kids in a nearby park; or you can also go biking -;- alone or with your kids, whichever suits you.

I do brisk walking during early mornings. Sometimes, even before the sun goes up. It's a good way to stay fit. Then at night, before I go to sleep, I do some push-ups and a few crunches.

I agree. You must have proper diet and self discipline to stay fit. Actually you need to work hard for it.. Regular playing of golf is the best thing you must do to stay fit. For a golfer like me it is the best way of exercise, because we love and enjoy playing golf. Am I right?

Golf is really an amazing sport. But it is not bad to try other more vigorous sports. Swimming is a good one

I love playing under the sun. Sweating under the sun while playing golf, tennis and baseball really keeps me alive and kicking!
